SHIPMENT & RETURNS

Delivery time

Goods will be dispatched via PostNL (to purchases made within the Netherlands) or DHL (rest of the world) on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales and public holidays.

When your order leaves our store you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that you can use to track your order.

Costs & Estimated shipping time
Netherlands (1 to 2 days business days) – 10€
EU (3 to 5 business days) – 20€
Worldwide (5 to 10 business days) – 30€


Exchange and refunds
Full replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition. You will be responsible to pay for any freight charges for returned goods. Goods on sale will not be refunded.
 

Damaged Goods
All parcels sent from HEUTE are insured. If the parcel or good is damaged upon receipt please report this immediately on the spot. If you have already opened the parcel and noticed any damaged please contact HEUTE. 

When we have received your good we will refund you by the same method using by you when completing your order. If you wish to exchange your goods please contact us to reserve this item, otherwise you run the risk of the item being sold out before we have time to register the exchange.
